Please read these terms carefully before using Y2X services. By using our platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Y2X. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Y2X’s website, mobile applications, and cab fulfillment services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Important: If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services. For corporate accounts, the authorized representative accepting these Terms does so on behalf of the organization.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between:
- Y2X (“we,” “us,” “our”) – the service provider
- You (“user,” “customer,” “client”) – the individual or entity using our Services
2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms:
- “Platform” refers to Y2X’s website, mobile applications, and booking systems
- “Services” refers to cab fulfillment, corporate car rental, employee transport, and related services
- “Booking” refers to a confirmed reservation for transportation services
- “Driver Partner” refers to drivers and fleet partners who provide transportation services through our platform
- “Corporate Account” refers to business accounts with special billing arrangements
- “Fare” refers to the total amount payable for a trip, including base fare, distance charges, and applicable taxes
3. Our Services
Y2X provides B2B cab fulfillment services including:
3.1 Metro Express
Near-instant cab booking service with 1-hour advance booking in Bangalore and Delhi NCR. Features include zero garage kilometers and premium vehicle quality.
3.2 Corporate Car Rental (CCR)
Traditional corporate car rental service available across 100+ cities in India with advance booking options.
3.3 Employee Transport Services (ETS)
End-to-end employee transportation management including shift-wise scheduling and route optimization.
3.4 Dedicated Fleet
Exclusive vehicles and drivers assigned to your organization for consistent, reliable transport.
Note: Y2X acts as a technology platform connecting customers with transportation service providers. We do not own vehicles or employ drivers directly.
4. Account Registration
4.1 Eligibility
To use our Services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- For corporate accounts: be authorized to act on behalf of your organization
4.2 Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Ensuring your contact information is current and accurate
4.3 Account Verification
We reserve the right to verify your identity and business credentials. Corporate accounts may require additional documentation such as GST certificates, company registration, and authorized signatory details.
5. Booking & Cancellation
5.1 Making a Booking
When you make a booking through our platform:
- You confirm that all booking details are accurate
- You agree to the fare estimate provided at the time of booking
- You understand that the final fare may vary based on actual distance, time, and route
- You authorize us to charge the applicable fare to your selected payment method
5.2 Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation message with driver and vehicle details. We reserve the right to decline bookings based on availability or other factors.
5.3 Cancellation
You may cancel a booking subject to our Refund Policy. Cancellation charges may apply based on the timing of cancellation.
5.4 No-Show
If you fail to show up for a confirmed booking, the full fare may be charged, and no refund will be provided.
6. Pricing & Payment
6.1 Fare Calculation
Fares are calculated based on:
- Base fare for the vehicle category
- Distance traveled (per kilometer rate)
- Time taken (for applicable packages)
- Applicable tolls, parking, and permits
- GST and other applicable taxes
6.2 Transparent Pricing
Y2X is committed to transparent pricing. There is no surge pricing, and fare estimates are provided before booking confirmation. Registered users can access our standard rate card.
6.3 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit and Debit Cards
- Net Banking
- UPI payments
- Corporate credit (for approved accounts)
- Digital wallets
6.4 Corporate Billing
Corporate accounts with approved credit may receive monthly consolidated invoices. Payment terms are as per the executed service agreement.
Late Payment: Overdue payments may incur interest charges and may result in suspension of services.
7. User Obligations
As a user of our Services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate pickup and drop locations
- Be present at the pickup location at the scheduled time
- Treat drivers and their vehicles with respect
- Wear seatbelts during the journey (where applicable)
- Not smoke, consume alcohol, or use illegal substances in the vehicle
- Not carry prohibited or illegal items
- Pay the fare promptly as per agreed terms
- Report any issues or concerns through proper channels
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
8. Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:
- Use our Services for any unlawful purpose
- Harass, threaten, or abuse drivers or Y2X staff
- Damage or vandalize vehicles
- Provide false information during registration or booking
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized persons
- Attempt to bypass payment systems or commit fraud
- Use the platform to transmit harmful code or malware
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our platform
- Use automated systems to make bookings without our consent
- Engage in any activity that disrupts our Services
Violation: Breach of these terms may result in immediate account termination and legal action where applicable.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Service Availability
While we strive to provide reliable services, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Services may be affected by factors beyond our control including weather, traffic, technical issues, or force majeure events.
9.2 Third-Party Services
Y2X connects you with independent driver partners. We are not liable for the actions or omissions of driver partners except as required by law.
9.3 Liability Cap
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Y2X’s total liability for any claim arising from or relating to our Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Exclusions
We are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control
- Actions of third parties including driver partners
- Personal belongings left in vehicles
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Y2X, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of our Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Any content or information you provide through our platform
11. Intellectual Property
11.1 Y2X Property
All intellectual property rights in our platform, including trademarks, logos, software, and content, are owned by Y2X or our licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.
11.2 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our platform for its intended purpose. This license does not include the right to:
- Modify or create derivative works
- Use our platform for commercial purposes other than booking services
- Remove any proprietary notices or labels
12. Termination
12.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Outstanding payments must be settled before account closure.
12.2 Termination by Y2X
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
- You fail to pay outstanding dues
- Your account remains inactive for an extended period
- Required by law or regulatory authorities
12.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use our Services ceases immediately. Provisions regarding liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination.
13. Dispute Resolution
13.1 Informal Resolution
Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at support@y2x.in to attempt informal resolution. Most disputes can be resolved through good-faith discussions.
13.2 Arbitration
If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Arbitration shall be conducted in Bangalore, India, in English, by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by the parties.
13.3 Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class actions or collective proceedings.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to the arbitration clause, courts in Bangalore, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:
- Posting the updated Terms on our website
- Sending an email notification to registered users
- Displaying a notice on our platform
Continued use of our Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
